    Job description:

    1. Be responsible for handling the company's official documents (drafting / reviewing the company's summary, minutes, instructions, reports, information, etc.);

    2. Be responsible for organizing the company's meetings (meeting notice, meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, etc.);

    3. Be responsible for handling the company's documents (taking over the documents submitted by various departments of the company to the leaders of the society and the company, registration, review, submission, circulation, archiving, etc.);

    4. Be responsible for the daily administrative work of the Department (arrange and lead various activities; Department personnel travel, entertainment, etc.);

    5. Organize, backup and archive various documents;

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, for outstanding fresh graduates;

    2. Be able to skillfully use word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software and data analysis ability;

    3. Have good coordination skills, communication skills and time management awareness, and be able to complete work tasks efficiently.

    4. Be able to work in the company for at least three full days from Monday to Friday;

    5. After graduation, give priority to employment as regular employees according to work performance and personal ability.

    Salary:

    160 yuan / day (including meal allowance and communication subsidy), settled according to the actual attendance days.
